Can I cancel my orders?
Orders can be cancel within 24hours after it is made. A full refund will be made. However, if the item(s) are already send out, cancellation will not be possible.

How is payment done?
We use Paypal shopping cart as our payment mode. Please contact us at sales@etradersplace.com if you wish to pay by Money Orders or Cashier Checks.

What is the Returned/Exchange policy?
Returns Policy A 30 day money back guarantee is promise if you are not happy with the item(s) purchase. However, the item(s) must still be in their original condition and package before returning back to us. A full refund will be made once we receive the items. Please note that the buyer has to pay for the shipping fees to return the items Spoilt or Wrong Items If you have received anything that is spoilt, please contact us within 10 days after receiving it. We will follow up from there. For wrong items send, we will resend the correct to you. No extra charges. You may also contact us at sales@etradersplace.com for all enquiries.

Shipping Rates & Procedures
All shipping costs are based on Air Mail. Orders are send by registered mail with tracking number provided, the same day or next after transaction is completed. We will email you a notification once items are send. If there are no custom delays or inclement weather conditions, orders will reach within 8-14 working days. If you wish to send by surface mail or send without original boxes (for box items), please contact us at sales@etradersplace.com NOTE - Please always contact us at sales@etradersplace.com first, if you wish to enquire about your status package.
